A SUBJECT I'VE ENJOYED STUDYING THIS SEMESTER

It is difficult for me to choose a subject for this semester because I have liked all of them equally, the truth is that I am repeating the previous semester for various reasons and now I am doing much better compared to the previous semester. But I would feel that choosing one would be "Taller 5" since its methodology is different from the previous semester and from the other classes.

I liked this subject mainly because we have been allowed to do what we want, that is, to do a project with a free theme, with a project of free choice as well. I like it a lot because I have been able to choose the theme that I have always wanted. Although it is very demanding, I sleep little and it requires a lot of research time and no time to rest, I really enjoy doing it.

what is done in classes is to show the progress we have made from home, basically they are exhibitions of our work, they make us present each class (Tuesday and Friday) which is stressful and generates a lot of anxiety. The works are usually individual and from home, but sometimes we also work in groups and in classes, we correct ourselves between classmates and teachers.

Although this subject occupies most of my time and on many occasions it occupies the class hours of other subjects, I like and enjoy this subject very much because I can put into practice what I have learned from my other subjects, which brings me closer to how would be working on this in the future.

ANXIETY: OUR ENEMY In educational establishments, these issues are not discussed as deeply as they should be, given the numbers in our country, and an opportunity is wasted to provide students with the help they might need. The stress caused by the school load is a taboo subject and is interpreted in most cases as the student's lack of interest in their academic performance, when in fact it could be a factor that could have a negative impact on the student's health. The Chilean student is overloaded by the number of evaluations whose purpose is to satisfy the need for standardized data on student performance, according to Eurydice.   Schools, high schools, subsidized establishments, etc., should represent a suitable and healthy environment for students since they spend at least half the day in the establishment. Today's students live in a constant state of stress and pressure as a result of the full school day (JEC) where anxiety levels rise that often lead to depre...
